Presentations at ESPN 2018 in Bonn
The 26th meeting of the European Society for Paediatric Neurosurgery (ESPN) took place in Bonn, Germany from the 6th to the 9th of May 2018. The study group was represented with four delegates.
The Copenhagen CSF Study Group presented two projects at ESPN 2018:
- MD Sarah gave an oral presentation based on her article ‘The Relationship Between Intracranial Pressure and Age-Chasing Age-Related Reference Values’ concerning age related ICP differences found in a pseudo normal population of children and adults.
- Medical student Nicolas presented his poster on ‘Survival of telemetric intracranial pressure sensors’ stating that the telemetric Raumedic ICP monitoring device (Neurovent-P-tel) can be used beyond the present clinical applicability given by the firm.
