International Paediatric Neurosurgery Collaborative Meeting in Copenhagen

The International Paediatric Neurosurgery Collaborative Meeting was planned jointly by Dr. Narenthian Ganesalingam (UK) and hosted by Professor Juhler and CSF Study Group on May 25th to the 26th 2019.
The meeting was a small scale interactive event with a strong emphasis on case discussions with participants from USA, UK, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Israel, Holland, Norway, and Denmark.
Of interest from the perspective of CSF and ICP disorders were discussions of
- complex hydrocephalus cases,
- ICP management in the updated guidelines for pediatric TBI,
- ETV in children < 2 years, and
- creation of a multicenter collaborative research and Exchange Network via these meetings.
Next meeting
The next International Paediatric Neurosurgery Collaborative Meeting is planned to be held in 2020 in the UK hosted by Dr. Narenthian Ganesalingam.
